Since 1990, Mr. Medina has coordinated all construction projects for the company-a responsibility entailing a broad understand- ing of structural technology as well as highly developed managerial and organizational skills. In addition to comprehensive project management of 11 significant J. Milton developments ranging from 88 to 1,300 units, Diego has managed upgrades, renovations, and maintenance construction on virtually every property within the company's portfolio. His deep knowledge and experience in all phases of general contracting means Diego is uniquely qualified to bring to life the concepts of the award-winning architects with whom the company works.

Mr. Medina studied mechanical engineering at Miami-Dade College and Florida International University and is fully licensed in the State of Florida in roofing and general contracting. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Reserves in the 1980s.
