A high-performance professional with over 20 years experience in residential real estate marketing, Gina Milton has worked with some of the country's top real estate developers in marketing management positions. She subsequently opened and managed the Miami office of a New York advertising agency specializing in luxury high-rise real estate development. Currently, Ms. Milton's role is pivotal in shaping, promoting and broadcasting the J. Milton & Associates and United Property Management brands to the wider world. She is directly responsible for creating the company's award-winning and innovative strategic marketing campaigns in print, broadcast, internet and direct marketing media. Gina Milton is the key liaison between the marketing department and other key members of the development team including architects, planners, analysts and engineers, in order to insure accuracy in the resulting marketing and sales materials.

She is the direct link between the Executive Committee and the real estate development and sales teams in all corporate communications and interior design direction issues. In addition, Ms. Milton manages the formulation of all corporate identity, advertising, public relations, print, and internet sales support materials. Gina Milton's achievements in all these areas have contributed to a highly sophisticated and cosmopolitan corporate image for the company, as well as earning the company a high degree of visibility in the media and the business community at large. Ms. Milton earned her degree in Public Relations at Florida International University.

In addition to her considerable professional responsibilities, Gina Milton is active in charity and philanthropic activities on behalf of several Greater Miami service organizations. They include the Make A Wish Foundation, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, the Miami Children's Museum, the Guardian Angels, the Vizcaya Preservation Society, and the American Cancer Society.
