Unlike many other large development companies, J. Milton & Associates maintains full-service advertising and marketing operations in-house-and has always done so. The partners believe that outsourced marketing and advertising activities are no match for an internally managed operation tied directly to the development process and the company culture. In this view, a development project is a continuum, from planning through groundbreaking to the final sale. These operations are managed by Gina Milton, senior vice president and member of the Milton family, who directs a highly experienced advertising and marketing staff. The rental property division, with its own set of media requirements and disciplines, benefits equally from this in-house division. It's all connected to J.
